Whaat does "pop in" mean under the context below?

CAN YOU POP IN THESE POP PHRASES?

"Bring 'em on!" "Slam dunk!" "Gimme a break!" "Get a life!" "Go for it!"

.
Not quite enough context, but I suppose it means to put the phrases into the blanks.

Pop in includes an ad hoc component of meaning: to pop in usually means to visit casually and briefly.

Mister Micawber, Thank you. The below is additional context.
So I can understand your reply.

Example: Your sister asks you to watch her kids for three weeks. You say, "I d__ t____ s_." Answer: "I don't think so."

1. The ketchup bottle squirts ketchup all over your shirt. You say, "I h___ w___ t___ h______."

(abbreviated.)

I hate when that happens.

Yes, pop in = put the words into the blanks. Using this idiom is the testmaker's small humour about how easy it should be to do so.

Besides visiting people, "pop in" also means to put something into something else, again implying that it is quick and easy.

You might pop pop something in the microwave for a quick dinner, or pop in a DVD for some entertainment, or pop in a tape of CD to listen to while driving, or pop a lietter in the letter box on your way home.
