hi,  I believe that many girls want to lose weight.And there are so many advices about how to lose weight.I'm a girl and I'm a little fat, I also want to lose weight too,especially in this summer vocation,I have a lot of time to do exercise.But I'm too lazy,and I don't like exercise,I almost sitting all the time.I often feel tired...several days ago,when a friend see me from cam,he said that I was fatter than before.I felt very sad.  I decided to lose weight from now on.Eat less and exercise more.could you give me some good advices? |

I am not one of the girls who wants to lose weight!
I am thin!
And I am find some ways to bacome much fatter!
