1.while interviewed, I often was asked the question: are you interested in the position? I want to know wether the sentence is interchangable with " do you like the job?"
2. I ever read a sentence that said"
you will find a comment describing the type of question and important things to remember"
in the above sentence, why can not use to be remembered.

1. "Are you interested in the position?" means, "Do you think you would like to have this job?"
You would hear, "Do you like the job?" after you getting the job and after working there for a while.
