Wat is "number two" in the following?

I see London, I see France,
I see Betsy's underpants,
They ain't green, they ain't blue,
They're just filled with number two.
(Mary and Herbert Knapp, One Potato, Two Potato: The Folklore of American
Children, (Norton, 1976), p. 185)

Number 1 is urine; number 2 is referred to as "s*h*i*t" in slang, otherwise known as excrement (and a lot of other words)

Usually, all you hear is, "I see London," a clear signal to someone that his or her underwear is showing. Of course, it is usually children who say it, but friendly adults might say it to each other, too.

There is (or was) a ladies' undergarment store called I.C. London.
