Hello,
Is the use of "wise" appropriate here?
"Because of the traffice jam, it was a wise decision to travel by boat instead of by car."
Does this decision qualify for the label "wise"?

Yes, wise can mean prudent or sensible, both of which fit the sentence you've given. |
