KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken, a chain of stores started by Colonel Harland Sanders. He said that his chicken was "finger-lickin' good." You must be referring to a likeness of Colonel Sanders.
Cincinnati is a city in the State of Ohio. You might want to check dictionaries dealing with s e x u a l practices for the definition of a "Cincinnati bowtie." _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

I'm so sorry. I had absolutely no idea about the se xual connatition of that word, I though it meant something cool in fashion. It's so not!
Thanks for pointing that out, CP! |

No need to apologize. If you thought it was not appropriate to ask about, or if you already knew what it meant, I'm sure you would not ask. It's best to know the meaning so that you won't use it in the wrong context!
I'm told that people who teach sign language always teach the naughty words first, because some can be confused with other words, and you don't want to make the mistakes. When I asked my German teacher to tell us the naughty words -- you know, so we won't use them inappropriately -- she blushed and declined. I think I really embarrassed her! But my classmates all wanted to know the words, too. I still don't know any . . . . _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
