Hello, teachers.

"Dance now, breakin' out SAMURAI BOOGIE down
Dance now, breakin' out OMATSURI Freak it up"

This is a part of the lyrics of a Japanese pop song.
What does "breakin' out" and "freak it up" mean?
And What kind of feeling do the whole lines intend to convey?
("Omatsuri" means "festival" in Japanese.)

Thank you in advance!
Junkomama

to break out = to have fun and be weird, wild, or crazy -- not shy. Breaking out doesn't have to involve dancing.
