Hi,
Grammetically, which one of the following sentences is correct?
1. Einstein took a seat in the audience, listened to Hans give his lecture perfectly, and joined in the applause at the end.
2. Einstein took a seat in the audience, listened to Hans giving his lecture perfectly, and joined in the applause at the end.
Thanks.
