Please let me know if the following is grammatically correct and natural. Thanks a million!
"Please advise who Im supposed to make the invoice out to and to whose attention." |

Hi Swim4life,
Try:
Please advise as to whom I should make the invoice out to.
There are many other ways to say it.

Thanks Lotus.
Well, what Im trying to say is that I will send the invoice to my client (native English speaker) by snail mail, and Im asking my client who I should make/write the invoice out to (company name), and for whose attention (the person who would receive the invoice). At this point, can I say Please advise who I should make the invoice out to and for whose attention.?
Its the sentence I would use frequently in my business mail. Could someone please help me out? Thanks a billion! |
