In my opinion, learning English is very important because English language is the wonderful gateway to contact everybody in the world.
I think it is not necessary to learn English outside in any institutes because we can learn it form TV, films and songs.
Not only learning English but also we will relax and enjoy with them too.
I am Thai student. In my country , there are many programs for teaching English onTV.
I like to learn it from Talk of The Town, it is my favourite program.
The masters of this program are English or American teacher.
They teach me listening skills , words , pronouncing and some synonyms.
About films and songs, I think they give me the words and idioms.
Sometimes if we don't know the difficult word, using dictionary to search its meaning will help us to learn how to use it.
And don't forget that we will usually pratise ourselves too, more you read and more you write will make your English to be strong.
