How do you view Christianity? Tell me about your experience with it. I would love to discuss it with you!

i think it's so sad when people think christianity and islam is the same...that's faaaar from true!
a christian is a disciple of Jesus Christ (the Son of God). if you don't believe in Him and follow His teaching then you are not a christian. it's as simple as that! Jesus taught in the new testament how to live life, and He based His teaching from the old testament.

if you don't want to follow in His footsteps then you are not a christian...that's how i see it (i'm a christian myself).

I like your definition. How did you become a Christian and what were you before? Have you actually experienced God? Do you feel Him? I just wonder how most Christians have relationship with God. Is it just doing certain things that make God happy and therefore like you? Or is it something else? What do you think?

You ask all the very hard questions.

How did you become a Christian, this can be different for many reasons. The Christian religion is not the same everywhere. Some may believe that you are Christian just from being born into a Christian family, while others believe it is only when you commit your life to Jesus teaching and follow him. I will not get involved in an argument on who is correct; I am just posting the different views.

What were you before is a question that may depend on what I said above. In most cases in America people do not have a religion before they become Christian. Many Christians in other countries may have been part of a popular religion in there own country.

Have you actually experienced God? You can experience god through out life in its many forms,. You can see the handiwork of god in the world around you, or the way your life is changed.

Do you feel Him? He is not someone you can see with your eyes, but feel in your heart.

Is it just doing certain things that make God happy and therefore like you? God loves everyone, but he has given everyone free will to choose to love him back. You do not have to do or perform things to earn his love, his love is already there.

I have not been a follower of the Christian religion for a long time, but I was raised in a Christian home and have studied the Bible for a long time
