I found it really disgusting, but I try not to judge. As long as people are not hurting defenseless ones--as is the case when we're talking about rape or pedophily--I simply skip it. . .

Maybe these people who enjoy having sex with animals have some kind of problem, and one day they might regret having done it; but considering they aren't doing any harm to anyone but themselves, I don't care that much.

You see: the first time Europeans came to America and met the aborigines, they probably thought they were dealing with a new "race". But it didn't prevent them from having sexual intercourse with the "others". By the time, a man who had sex with an Indian woman would probably be judged as a sick person, but nowadays it's seen as something absolutely normal (in fact, science has already proved that, the more genetically different a person is from you, the more he/she might attract you -- in a sexual way).

Well, RedRose, I'm not sure the animals feel abused by this kind of treatment. . . sex with animals sounds perverted for us, not for them. They (the animals) have no moral, as far as I'm concerned; as long as they are not physically hurt, I believe they don't care to be sexually abused.

We can't compare a dog to a child, for example; you can come home and tell your dog to stay away from you because you're tired or something. You can't do the same with your kids (unless you are willing to spend a lot of money with psychiatric treatment for the little ones in the future. . . ).

Sexual abuse leaves no marks in animals, as long as they are not physically hurt; but it can doom a child to grow up mentally disturbed.

BTW, are we really discussing this yet?

Let's think about this issue from a simple angle: if we have a cow, and someday we kill it, it's totally ok, nobody would judge you for the "slaughter". however, if we wanna have sex with a cow, that would freak many people out.

So, it's not about the animals' feelings, it's just about the human being.

I used to watch porn too, and when I saw a girl having sex with a bull and she looked pretty excited and orgastic, I really felt disgusted, and I highly doubt that she really felt that excited. that girl was very beautiful, very hot. actually, she could have done something nice rather than human being-animal sex, but she made the stupid choise.

When I was 17, my boyfriend at the time, driven by curiosity, downloaded a movie of a girl with a dog. Of course I didn't have the stomach to watch it. . . .

Fortunately I have no such strange desires. . . when the website orkut was created (by the way, do you know orkut?), I was disgusted to see the things people enjoy when we're talking about sex. Not only zoophily, but also coprophily, sadomasochism and other weird forms of sex (at least, for me!). I try not to judge anyone, but I can't help finding it akward.

I downloaded porn from website too. I guess it's been 4 years since I downloaded it last time. but now I don't often watch porn anymore, because it really freaks me out.

IMHO, sex is supposed to be emotional and artistic, if two people don't love each other and they have sex just for the only purpose of sex, that kind of sex would be really boring and dirty. at least for me.

I wish I could understand what leads a person to commit pedophilia. There might be a way to prevent it. What amazes me the most is that it's a crime common to all kinds of nations; the poor and the rich ones. Every now and then there are news about kids raped and killed in the USA, England, Brazil, etc.

When I was 22, I worked at a Children's hospital. Once I was talking to one of the doctors who worked at the area responsible for children who had been victims of domestic violence. I asked him if stories of pedophilia happen that often as people usually say; unfortunately, he confirmed it's frequently happening, not only in the poor families, but also in the rich ones. And according to him, when it happens in rich families, things are worse, because these families easily keep it a secret.
