My mom and I are great fans of Calvin & Hobbes. What I wanted to know is, is Calvin a typical American kid? Do kids in America identify with him? _________________ "I don't know what they will use in World War III. But in World War IV sticks and stones will be used." Albert Einstein

No, he is not so typical. He is very precocious and much more imaginative than your typical kid. That being said, Calvin and Hobbes was a very popular strip years ago. Unfortunately it is no longer in syndication in America. But you can still find reprints of the strips in books available in bookstores and on the Internet. |
