Try breaking it up where the conjunctions and punctuation and prepositions occur:
"Still[,] he was sure that ladies must be different from men down there[,]
and they had spent a long purple summer dusk discussing it,
swatting mosquitoes
and watching a scratch baseball game
in the lot of the moving van company
across the street from Burr's."
He was sure men and women must have different parts,
and he and his friend had talked about it all summer.
While talking, they also had to swat mosquitos, and they watched baseball games.
The baseball games took place across the street from Burr's. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
