I googled "flair-tending" and found this, among many other things. Evidently it is the kind of show-off bartending that Tom Cruise did in the movie, "*beep*." Cheers! The following is lifted from

He has won the AUSTRALIAN FLAIR-TENDING CHAMPIONSHIP for the last FIVE years

Oh, good h e a v e n s!! The d a r n naughty-word robot caught me again for saying a movie title that any child can say out loud anywhere on Earth!

OK, the movie title is "C o c k t a i l." Mamma mia!
