"This is the first birthday present from Mom to me" is grammatically correct.
You can also say, "This is Mom's first birthday present to me."
Or, "This is my first birthday present from Mom."
Or, and I am guessing this is what the first sentence means, "This is the first birthday present Mom ever gave me." _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

To CP: thank you so much. How about this sentence:
"This is the special present from Mom to me for my first birthday." |
