Hello,
Do we always need "the" before "English language"? I know we don't use "the" before "English" to refer to the language, what about when "English" is used as an adjective?
English is spoken in many parts of the world.
(The)English language is spoken in many parts of the world.

I can't think of any instances of talking about the English language without using "the," except when used as an adjectival phrase:
