When you are very busy, when you have way more than you can handle, when you are doing as much as you can and there is still more to do, you have your hands full -- maybe literally, but certainly figuratively.
This woman is admitting that her future husband will have a lot of work to do to keep her happy. (This is something not always communicated beforehand, as far as I can tell.  )
