Dear Teachers,
1. Ive not been myself lately.
- This means I havent felt good lately, right? Is this common?
2. Every time that I see you, you bring me out in the sun.
you bring me out in the sun means You make me feel happy, right?
Thanks a lot to Teachers,
Stevenukd |

Hi stevenukd,
1. Ive not been myself lately.
- This means I havent felt good lately, right? Is this common?
Yes, it's common. It means "I haven't been feeling good lately", or "I haven't been feeling like myself lately."
It's more commonly said as "I haven't been myself lately."
2. Every time that I see you, you bring me out in the sun.
you bring me out in the sun means You make me feel happy, right?
Almost. "You bring out the sun" means you make me happy. A better and more common way to say it would be "Every time I see you, you bring out the sun."
