Is that dialogue correct?

Close, but...

"Yes, but it will be only in Hong Kong dollars"
or
"Yes, but only in Hong Kong dollars."

If you want to be picky, you also need a comma (,) after sorry.

Yes, this is strange.


B:Will I get my change?
"my" is not necessary in this sentence. It is obvious whose the change is.
"Will I get any change?" or "Will I get change?" is better.

I agree that the way Jeeves writes the second sentence is better, but the original way is not wrong.
