"World has been being internationalized."
Is this sentence gramatically correct?

The world is being internationalized.

"The world" instead of "world" sounds more likely to me.

And the sentence "The world has been internationlized" appears in 2 results when searching by Google, but "The world has been being internationlized" doesn't appear in any documents. This says nothing but make me think more

While I was writing my post, Anuradha Chepur answered the question and posted before.

I think "The world is being internationalized." is correct. But I don't understand why "The world has been being internationalized." isn't?

Or, if you think the world is already internationalised (whatever that means) you can say, the world has been internationalised.
Still, I don't think "has been being internationalised," is wrong
I think it means there has been an on-going process in which the world was being internationalised, (But now the process is complete).

present progressive form: "The world is being internationalized."
the present perfect tense: "The world has been being internationalised."

Am I right?
Does the second sentence sound unnatural?
