1. Will 200$_______?
A.count B. satisfy C. fit D. do

The best is, "Will $200 do?" The dollar sign precedes the number. Instead of "do," you could also use "suffice," "be sufficient," or "be enough."

2. The demand for the graduates of MBA has________.
A.turned down B. turned over C.fallen down D.fallen over

This is not a natural sentence. You could improve it by saying, "The demand for MBA graduates has declined / diminished / decreased / gone down / fallen off."

In casual conversation, you could say "MBAs" instead of "MBA graduates" or "people with MBA degrees," as the use of degrees to stand for people with degrees is common. He's an M.D., she's a Ph.D., and the other fellow is an M.B.A.

Your choices A, B, C, and D really do not work at all. Sorry.
