My way of staying healthy is walking 20 minutes or more every day. Walking regards me as the best for health. Because, sweat can be hidden and the body can be moved. And it can become thin. Therefore, everybody also tries.

yes,i also think so.and in chinese,there is an old saying:"walk about hundreds steps after your meals,and you can live till 99".so it does great good to our health,and to promote quolity of our life.
