Hello,
When it comes to ways of behaving, are "manner" and "attitude" the same in meaning? For example, I hate his arrogant manner. Can "manner" be replaced by "attitude" in the sentence?

Manner and attitude are not exactly synonyms. Manner is the way of doing things and attitude is influencing your way of doing things by your way of thinking. We generally talk about positive or negative attitude. Arrogance is an attitude.

Yes, there they can replace each other. Manner is the outward reflection of attitude, so they can often be used to replace each other in such situations.
