According to the research, people eating as usual and exercising continuously can hold themselves in fitness more than those eating less and exercising continuously. Smile

I was really curious about this research, and had myself in this experiment as a white mouse last year~

From last October to December, I ate as usual and exercise at least three days a week (at least 30 minutes every time). I lost 6 kg, then and I did not do any exercise through the winter vacation (cause it was Chinese New Year Rolling Eyes ) until this semester began.

This method to lose weight is very helpful because you don�t have to shut your mouth off and afraid of lost fat coming easily back to you. Fitness is always women�s topic, and I hope we can stay not only fit but also healthy~ Very Happy

hi~ Silva,

i am from Taiwan and now a salaryman. my name is Iris. since my graduation from college, i haven't take exercise for almost two years.

i try to start to do something about my figure, and exercising is the best way. would you tell me what kind of efficient exercise you suggest?

Dear Iris,
i strongly suggest you that do some basic muscles training if you are thin enough. You can through many ways to do exercise. Not long ago, NIKE had a "House Party" vcd free for the public, and in this vcd, one of the programs is to let you train your muscles. However, do not be scared of muscles training, because the muscles training program will only help you have more beautiful muscle figure so that you won't have to worry about being thin as a rake. Hope you enjoy your exercise!

Dear Silva,
Thank you very much for your suggestion. I can't afford the gyms or fitness centers, so I was trying to find some classes in weekend for exercise and working out. I found one and will join them in June. Besides, my sister had one working out info from newspaper. I will plan to learn some from it. I know I will improve a lot if my plan works. Surprised

I agree that exercise is the best way to loss your weight because it make you strong and look good.If you loss the weight by less eating you will look weak and don't good for your health because you don't eat anything and you don't have nutrient for your health.If you want to loss your weight you must do exercise everyday if you can and eat foods that don't make you fat.
