"She learned modesty from her mother."
I found this sentence in my dictionary.
It shows that you can learn modesty.
Then, is it OK to say "learn sympathy", "learn consideration", "learn aggressiveness" , "learn endurance", "learn self-reliance" or "learn love for something" and so on?
Thank you in advance!

I think it is correct to say that you can learn sympathy, consideration, etc. Parents are supposed to teach their children such things, after all, and if they don't try, they can't expect the children to learn them anywhere else. _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
