I have seen many sentences that "a herd of cattle was...", "a herd of pigs..." etc..
But here are some questions;
First;
Can we use "herd of" with "the definite article"?(like this: a herd of the cattle, a flock of the birds etc)
Second:
Can we use "herd of" with "genitive cases"?(like this: a herd of my cattle, a flock of his chickens etc)
Third:
Can we use "herd of" with "indefinite adjectives"?(like this: a herd of some cattle, a flock of all chickens etc) |
