Dear Sir or Madam,
I do not understant the phrase " a high drama" in the following sentence:
There was a high drama at the airport when news of the hijack came through. |

Probably the original said, "There was high drama," not "There was a high drama." It just means that it was dramatic when the news of the hijacking was announced at the airport.
