1-Does "I wish I (were-had been-etc...)"take the same rules of "if" conditions?
I mean, does it follow the (0-1-2-3) conditions as if??
2-A choose question:Electricy is made(from-of-with-at) underground pools of water.

I wish I were and If I were are correct. You use the subjunctive mood.
I'm sorry, I don't understand your numerical conditions question.

I don't know about your Electricity question, either.
Electricity is not made from/of/at/with underground pools of water. Electricity is made by fast flowing water driving turbines, or some form of generating device.
