The sentence is grammatically correct.
Factually, the sentence leaves something to be desired because, when "comprise" is used, all the components should be listed. Without listing all the components, "have" would be a better choice. The following are factually better:

| "The bagpipe is comprised of a bag, a chanter, a blowpipe, two tenor drones and one bass drone" |
| Quote: |
| "The bagpipe has one bass drone and one tenor drone." |
A drone is a pipe, or string, that constantly plays the same note. The chanter is also a pipe, but it is not a drone because it can be used to play many notes--a melody.
Additionally, there are many types of bagpipes. I will presume that the sentence means to describe the Great Highland Bagpipes which are the most common. |
