I don`t know of any good programs to improve pronunciation. When I have worked with students I stressed getting the natural rhythm and emphasis of English over pronunciation.

You might want to try this website until you find a good program:

I know that this seems like an advert, but I have set up a website which is intended to do just that - improve your pronunciation (and grammar and vocabulary) by downloading and practising a single sentence every day. (We send it to you by email.) The idea is that it is a method of practising English even if you are incredibly busy and don't have very much time for studying. Hey Guys!
It's not good to use programmes...it won't help you that much! Better watch television or got to an English-speaking country (I recommend America cause that's what most students/people all over the world learn -American English!)
