First of all, in my country, we think it is important for us to behave politely anytime. For example, talking with senior people, working somewhere and so on. When I came to New Zealand, I think New Zealand people are not so polite and kindness because when I went shopping with my friends, salesgirls were dancing in spite of during work. At the time I couldnt believe because I have never seen like this situation in Japan. If they were in Japan, they would lost their job.
Second, whenever we eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in my country, we always say itadakimasu.
After eating, also we say *beep*, but in New Zealand, people never say something like that.
There are many differences between own culture and other cultures, so we tends to have stereotype about other culture, but we have to make effort to understand it. If we can do it, our world view will be more expand.
