Could you distinguish the following words?
express, explain, state and articulate
For example, "state" refers only to the saying of the speaker or it can also refer to his action? etc.

I think all except explain can be replaced by the verb, to say.
Explain means, to make clear, or intelligible with detailed information, to account for.
State, and articulate have other meanings, but they are not related to speech. |
