Hello, teachers.
I came across a conversation like the following in a novel, and I don't understand what "all that!" means.

"What is my preserver's name?"
"It is His Excellency the Major-General Baron Leopold Von Ragastein."
"All that! Is he the Governor, or something of that sort?"

I appreciate if you could clarify the meaning of "all that". Thank you.

The name is longish, so the person exclaims in surprise or confusion, "All that!" implying 'such a long name'.
