Hello Lifter
"To come undone" is "to go wrong". The metaphor is from knots, buttons, etc.
The singer is a little ironic here; he is speaking as if the girl has made a mistake in becoming entangled with him. (He has a somewhat romantic idea of himself.)
She has presumably also "come undone" in a literal sense, i.e. undone her clothing for greater ease of access.
