i am short,this question bother me much.decrease my self-confident,even i talk,i dare not speak loudly.i am a boy of 21-years-old,it is said man didn't stop growing till 25?is it true?in that case,i may have another oppertunity,do u have the same problem,or do u know how to grow taller,do tell me,i need your help!

I'm from Korea.
Maybe a lot of ways in here.
If you want to taller.
Then... Exercise regularly!! (I think it may make our bones strong.)
And the doctors say.
(1) Eat balanced meals( We sould avoid drinking too much soda pop. It can take calcium out of our body.)
(2) Have a sound sleep ( The hormones are released most while sleeping.)
(3) Try to avoid stress
(4) And last Keep good posture.(Bad posture will prevent our backbone from growing straight.)

When I was a child, my mother used to say to me "If you want to grow towering, you should drink a lot of milk." It means that I should take a lot of calcium. Then I'm tall
People need calcium and sunlight to grow up. |

I have some tricks to make you taller.
1) You should exercise regularly.
2) You must eat more dairy product such as milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.
3) You should get enough sleep.
Tips :
- Play a sport that makes body more elastic such as basketball, swimming, gymnastics, etc.
- Sunlight is needed for absorb calcium.
- The growth hormone is released most while sleeping

By the way, there is a kind machine which drag you body everyday. I have comercail ads on TV, I saw it. If you feel too bad, take that. I am afraid of being hurt, but someone on TV do becomes very tall after stretching.

The way to make yourself grow taller is majorly through regular exercise, regular diet and good maitenance of optimistic mood.
It's not always easy to engage in any exercise unless that exercise or sports is in but there's always a way to deal with this. Never ask yourself to last long for a certain exercise whenyou're doing it. Just tell yourself to slowly contimue it for, let's say, 5 min and then you'll take a break. Sure, just do this at the beginning and then eventually you'll get used to this exercise, and then, let's start to request ourselves.
As for diet, I personally think just eat to your heart's content once you're engaged in food hunting. Remember, if you are easy to gain weight, then, just let it go, gradually, your body will strike the balance for it and then, with your regular pattern of exercising, you'll keep yourelf in a healthy condition.
Believe it or not, what you feel could actually do nothing to yourself. but carrying the negative thought in mind could strongly influence the way you handle your business. So, keep in a good mood is more useful than trying to make a change to the world.
These are the living methods I resort to and to be honest, I'm because of this, living happily with those who are still struggling for something they are even confused about whether or not it's gonna work out.
