Hello,
Is this a good sentence for writing?
"I want to become a teacher, because it is an interesting job."
I am not sure whether the use of "it" is acceptable. If not, please correct the sentence.
Thank you,
Nagano |

Thank you again, lotus-san.
Is my following understanding correct?
"a teacher" can be both "a person whose job is teaching" and "a job of being a teacher."
When I say "I want to become a teacher, because it is an interesting job," "a teacher" means the former, and "it" means the latter.
Best regards,

Yes,
A teacher is an educational professional (person) and a job title (position).
The sentence transitions seamlessly because of the natural correlation.
