Hello every,I am student from China. Now I study in ZhouJiang University of Technology ,My spoken English is very pool ,in two months ,I have a interviweing .i'm very tensional ,please help me !

watch as many english movies or TV shows as you can. the famous sitcom FRIENDS would be a nice choice.
