dear ESL teacher or English teacher ...please help me correct the following sentecnes for my presentation ...(I am going to conduct a presentation,....i need clear and correct English sentence)

1) We can not offer these terms/conditions you requested last time, but lets discuss some other alternatives.
2) Can you amplify (give more information) on your proposal?
3) We had better to settle/fix this problems between us because a formal arbitration will cost both of us money.
4) We bargained on this issue for over three hours before we agreed to take a break.
5) We are ok to accept 100 dollars/per unit, but that is our bottom-line.
6) This is a collective concern, and it is better to discuss it with my supervisor when I go back to my office.
7) We will compensate you by offering delivery service by next Friday if you are willing to accept this term/condition we mentioned last time.
Cool I would be willing to comply if you can offer me 10 days delivery service.
9) We are willing to compromise on this issue because it means so much to you.
10) I think we can offer all of this concession, but not all at once. We will fulfill every single step until it is completed.
