let alone drive the car.
(2)It is incredible that the 10-year-old managed to drive the car,
let alone reach the pedals.
I'm wondering which sentence makes more sense.

One for me, too. Whenever you have the "let alone" construction, the easier or smaller or most likely thing comes first, then "let alone" whatever is harder or bigger or less likely.
