I am trying to write a proposal in English to my superviour and suggest him to do something. Please help me proofread the follong proposal I wrote. I just want to make sure he can get my idea completely instead of misunderstanding. Thanks a lot.

I have a proposal for you which is regarding the revising artwork. Based on previous experience, I realize that revising artwork usually takes three work long till it is completed. I suggest that we should outsource this revising artwork which means I had better find somebody who is professional at revising artwork. I believe that might help us save a lot of time revising artwork. Hopefully you can think about my proposal carefully and take my advice.
