Hi,
I would suggest that you try:
Please send us some samples of your recent English to Mandarin and Mandarin to English translation work.
If you punctuate it properly you could leave the sentence as is, though:
Please send us some samples of your recent translation work (both English to Mandarin and Mandarin to English).
