The upside of anything is the sum of the advantages or good things that come out of it. The downside is the sum of the disadvantages or bad things that come out of it. Most things have an upside and a downside.
"The Upside of Anger" is the name of a movie. Generally, the upside of anger might be that the person is motivated to do something, or at least expresses himself to others. Maybe the upside of anger for you is something different.
