Hi teachers
Please tell me if an adverb "thereby" can be used at the beginning of a sentence? If not recommendable, is it better to use "accordingly"?
For example (just for example):
The budget problem of an old-age pension has been solved by the government.
Thereby, golden old ages are ensured to us.
Many thanks in advance.
