Dear Teachers,
1. If youre reluctant to love someone, you will have no happiness / you won't be happy.
- Is this natural?
2. Like sunshine after rain, Im on my own again.
- Im on my own again means Im lonely again, right?
Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Not really. It sounds too wordy (unless you are trying to write song lyrics to match a melody).
Try: you won't find happiness.

No, the metaphor doesn't match. It simply means "I'm single again", and in this case, the writer considers it a good thing (sunshine is bright, warm, and cheerful compared to dark, cold, and dreary rain). |
