Don't understant meanings of the words.

I haven't heard the song, but I did find the lyrics through Google. Didn't help decipher what you asked about.
"Give me a breakdown" means give me the details, or tell me all about it.
"A shakedown" is a demand for something -- usually money or other valuables, and usually under threat of violence. Sort of like armed robbery, or at least schoolyard bullying that transfers the victim's lunch money to the pocket of the bully.
So maybe the lyric means something like, "Tell me what you have, because it's time to hand it over to me, or I'll break your head."
