This is Steven. I am trying to learn how to speak business English in a polite way. Now, I am a situation in which I have to confirm something with my clients. Please make my speech looks more businesslike or polite. Please check out the following sentences.

Hi, Tony. I need to confirm something with you before I make next move. I am just wondering if you have received my e-mails and confirmed explosion drawings. If yes, please let me know. I need your official confirmation before I ask engineers to proceed to samplings.

.
Yours is fine, Steven, and quite polite enough if you have a friendly, familiar working relationship with Tony.

I presume it is your end (yourself or the engineers) which has confirmed the explosion drawings ('exploded' drawings is more usual), and not Tony who is supposed to confirm them; if it is Tony's job then it should read 'and can confirm the explosion drawings'.
