Though I don't know the context, I think that the person who asked the question is offering the other person a hot drink or hot sex, whichever they will enjoy more.

Back in the good old days, airline stewardesses (now called flight attendants -- but then they were all females and they were stewardesses) used to come around offering the passengers something to drink, saying, "Coffee, tea, water?" Then someone wrote an article or book about the high-flying (literally and figuratively) life of the stewardess, calling it "Coffee, Tea, or Me?"
It was supposed to be (and I guess was) a shocking expose, with tales of wild parties and sex. Sex sells books, you know. Sex sells everything.
I bet if you Google the phrase, you will find out who wrote it, what it is, and all that. I'm too lazy right now. . . . _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |

... interesting ... turns out there was a TV program in 1973 called Coffee, Tea & Me? and there have been a few books published about when flying was glamorous and sexy, even fun.
... I've enclosed the links I found for anyone else interested.
