When the interrogative pronoun who functions as the subject of an interrogative sentence, it usually takes a singular verb, as in:
'Who wants some pizza?'

However, when some other words in the sentence indicate a plural who, a plural verb is used, as in:
`Who haven't handed in their assignments?' (The plural possessive determiner their indicates a plural who.)

Quote:
Which one is right?
B: 1.I want.
2.I do.

The short answer 2 is correct.
