|
|
I work in a hotel, and our customer is mostly business traveller.
Sometimes, I would like to have a short conversation with my customer to let them feel at home but I always do not know how to begin a conversation. Is there resources on the net provide proper conversation sample for my reference? Thank you! |

You can always start by asking something familiar, especially easy when you are employed at the person's temporary home, the hotel:
Good afternoon, sir. Have you been able to find everything you need?
Is there anything I can do for you?
How do you find your accommodations?
Have you stayed with us before?
I wonder if you've been to Australia. I particularly like Sydney, don't you?
Have you been traveling long? Where is home? How soon will you get to return home?
I see you are reading Kurt Vonnegut. I liked "Cat's Cradle" very much. How do you like "Breakfast of Champions" so far? _________________ You live a new life for every new language you speak. -Czech proverb |
